In 2016, Amy accomplished a significant milestone by graduating as a Sports Rehabilitator with a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) from the University of Bolton. Since then, she has dedicated herself to building a rich tapestry of experience, working both with athletes and the public. Since Graduating Amy has worked at New Wave.

Anna is an experienced physiotherapist who qualified from Salford University in 2006. After working for several years in the NHS, Anna took a short career break that lead to her moving to Singapore. In Singapore Anna worked in a hospital and several private practices developing her skills in Physiotherapy through international training and courses. It was here that Anna developed her interest in pelvic and hip pain, and honed her skills in using manual therapies combined with exercise rehabilitation to get long term improvement.
In 2022 Anna moved back to the UK with her husband and young daughter. Currently Anna works part time in the NHS and part time in private practice.

His diverse background includes working internationally in Vietnam and France, enriching his ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and patient needs.
As a Level 4 sports massage therapist, Arek brings a well-rounded approach to treating a variety of MSK conditions. He has also worked with academy football, rugby union, and university sports teams, and volunteered at the International Island Games in Gibraltar.
